Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Mandaboard app and this website. By using Mandaboard, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Licence

Mandaboard is made by Aqua Flamingo Labs Inc. When you download the app from the Mac App Store, Apple's standard end-user licence terms apply to the app, and these terms apply to your use of it and of this website. The app's source code is separately available under the MIT licence.

Premium

Mandaboard is free to use. Premium is an optional, auto-renewing subscription that unlocks iCloud sync, security and privacy features, and additional themes. Where you buy Premium through the Mac App Store, the purchase, billing and renewal are handled by Apple, and you can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings. Prices are shown in the App Store and may vary by region. Family Sharing is supported where Apple offers it.

Acceptable use

Don't use Mandaboard to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse the service in a way that harms others. You are responsible for the content you create.

Not medical advice

Mandaboard is a self-help tool. It is not therapy, it is not a medical device, and it is not a substitute for professional care. See our wellbeing resources if you need support.

No warranty

Mandaboard is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aqua Flamingo Labs Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of Mandaboard, including loss of data. Please keep your own backups.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
